PapaBehr is hereHey everyone. My name is Austin, and I've been playing sax for about almost 7 years, since waay back in 5th grade. Mainly my focus was on the Bari from the beginning, but I was just way to small to handle it. Finally in 7th grade I made the switch from alto to bari, and have never looked back.
Just recently I purchased a P. Mauriat PMB-300DK Bari Sax in the Antique/Vintage Laquer, and BOY is this thing beautiful. Much better than the Yamaha YBS-52 beat up horn that I was forced to play in concert band. Buying this work of art just fuelled my love for playing even more.
Anywho, I've been at Teen Jazz before and am glad that now there is a forum, so I can talk with other musicians and enthusiats my age than just at my school. Hope to hear from y'all soon.
